I returned to what I would say is the most gorgeous day I have ever seen in Seattle. A little cold, but beautiful and sunny. It’s just a great day in the neighborhood.
We are also now adorned with our very own coffee house. It’s hard to believe, but we did not have one of our own - a Seattle coffee experience used to require a trek to University Village (which there is nothing wrong with, since it also has an Apple Store) or Capitol Hill. No more. Can’t wait until the opening.
The space it occupies was the former Montlake Branch of the Seattle Public Library, which has been replaced with a brand new one just across the street. Rising property values here we come!
