Chris is shopping for a new cell phone. We meet a nice woman who’s the “greeter,” but then get introduced to the “closer.” Nice man.
This picture is a bit pixelated because unbeknownst to me, I was running out of memory on my phone, which my phone responded to by cranking down on the megapixels. Oops. Fixed now.
Seattle’s had this store called protein planet for about a year or two. Sometimes we are ahead of the curve.
Is this really a new “gay hotel” or a bathhouse with a sleepover option? I think those that live in the area would probably say it’s the latter.
The hotel media that commented on this probably don’t realize that there’s a bathhouse by the same name just up the street.
Not that there’s anything wrong with bathhouses, just that there’s a connection.
I would have to say that I’m a little disappointed with the news of a new gay hotel being this. I am sure that many travels would appreciate a “gay hotel” that is welcoming of GLBT guests and not in a sexual way. Sometimes, it’s just nice to be welcomed on the road for who you are. We’ve all been in situations where we wondered if we (and our money) would be welcomed in a hotel / bed and breakfast. Sometimes the lunch counter isn’t as available to us as we’d like.
