I might call this more of a “book-let” rather than a book. It is a collection of interviews of innovative types from various backgrounds, accompanied with ideas and resources to follow up. At first I struggled to see the value in some of the stories, which are what one would expect, like “be brave,” “do something differently.” Yes, sure. At the same time, though, I really liked the stories themselves, because there’s something in there for innovative types to draw from. I’m still not sure about the co-creation part - I was expecting more of a detailed case for co-creation - does it really improve productivity or motivation among employees? I don’t think we’ll get to the bottom of that here, but once in awhile it’s good to read a few stories.
Just a little of the switching of gears. There will be lots of broken links while the dust settles. Let’s see how much fun I can really have now
