Or, here’s an idea. Listen to the intent of the people, who overwhelmingly asked not to be killed by second hand smoke.

As the article says, it would be near impossible to change the will, since a 2/3 vote would be required. Let’s just ride this out and see how it goes. There are many businesses that are making money post ban - should they give it up? I don’t think so.

Just think of all the money that the laundry detergent people are leaving on the table now that we don’t have to wash our clothes everytime we go out….it’s simply horrible!

Lawmakers seeking some changes to newly passed smoking ban

How delicious - the conservatives have broken rank, and instead of trying to ignore Brokeback Mountain which was their strategy (and a so very effective one), they are now actively campaigning against it.

Back to basics, huh. Now that they’ve gone negative, they are swiftly degrading the image of pseudo-tolerance that they were so close to selling on the public. Back to having a black eye. What a shame.

Slight update: It’s not like you still can’t watch Brokeback Mountain in Salt Lake City. You just give all that money to someone else. Tolerance pays!

I thought the typical Apple owner is a BMW driver, and those that can’t afford BMW’s drive Hondas…:)

Chrysler and Apple announce iPod integration in over 3 million Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge vehicles

Trevor

Poor Trevor (The 2004 version of this - Happy 2 years, Trevor!). He’s so jammed with electronics (Satellite Navigation, XM Radio, CD Changer) that he cannot accept an iPod connection. It’s okay, I still love him. Even after the doggie doo-doo incident last week.

Luckily, there’s the brand new Griffin iTrip for Auto to the rescue.
