Welcome to my blog!
This blog is managed by my blogger-ego. At first, I was looking for a place to put all of my photos that I regularly share with friends. I had done some Web design in the early 1990’s and gradually left it once it became a profession rather than a hobby for most people. (I still remember the thrill of FTP’ing my first HTML page to the UNIX box at my school’s library and seeing it appear on Mosaic!)
I would probably be classified by some as an urban professional with an interest in diversity (of the LGBT variety). I am a heavy user of products made by Apple Computer and this site is designed on a Macintosh. I am quirky. There’s a few pictures of me scattered around this site if you’re looking for one. Just a little bit of hunting is required.
Because I am using this site to play with micropublishing, I don’t have an agenda except to have fun. Some people build ships inside of bottles…

Welcome to the new Just-Ted.
New Blogging System, New Look
I decided to take the plunge and leave Movable Type. Why? Not that there’s anything wrong with Movable Type, but just ready for a change and a challenge. The spice girls told me to do it.
Photos and Movies offline, temporarily
I decided to make the switch sooner than later, so my photos and movies are not integrated yet. That’s going to be a bit of a “fun challenge.” That plus moblogging. I’m looking forward to it.
