I was visited by an angel today on my flight to Honolulu. The story is as follows. I was mid-flight and enjoying my new Sony MDR-EX51LP headphones (click here if you want to buy them for yourself), and what should happen to me, again, is that the little adjustable earpiece of one of the phones came off, rendering the phones useless.
Now, it was frustrating enough for this to happen to me mid flight. But doubly frustrating in that this was the second time this has happened in the last week. The last place this happened, in Boston, made me go out an buy a whole new pair because Sony does not sell replacement adjustable ear pieces. (Tom was there with me and saw the whole thing. Hi Tom!) Despite these being great phones, their design leaves something to be desired if these things slip off so easily. Grr. But I digress….
